Right of cancellation for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of cancellation

You have the right within fourteen (14!) days without giving reasons to revoke this contract.

The revocation period is fourteen (14!) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (FM Social e.U., Parkstraße 15/12, 3720 Ravelsbach, Austria, Telephone number: +43 664 524 724 60, E-mail address: kontakt@fm-social.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.B. a letter sent by post, e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will have all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within Fourteen (14!) days from the date on which we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

All products of FM Social e.U . can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact the support (kontakt@fm-social.com) to clarify the exact processing.

Non-free returns or returns without a clear return number will not be accepted, but will be automatically returned to the sender.

The costs of the return shall be borne by the buyer. If there is a wrong delivery on our part, we will bear the shipping costs up to a maximum of € 6.00.
In the event of use or deterioration of the goods, FM Social e.U. is entitled to demand compensation for the value provided for by law.
You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods and refraining from doing anything that could affect their value. In the event of unjustified refusal of acceptance of ordered items, a lump sum of € 20.00 will be charged.

After expiry of the cancellation period, a return of goods will only take place under the following aspects (goodwill return):

  • a. A demonstrably incorrect or faulty delivery to the customer
  • b. In the case of an exchange, return or credit note request, the cause of which FM Social e.U. is not responsible, in principle only after written confirmation of an employee
  • c. Condition of the goods (unsealed and resaleable condition)

However, this right of cancellation does not apply to software (CDs, DVDs, video game modules, etc.) or hardware with included software unsealed/opened by the consumer and if a resalable condition (i.e. goods can be sold as “new”) of the object of purchase (original packaging) cannot be guaranteed.

The right of cancellation also does not apply to digital content and products such as e.g. game codes, virtual currencies, digital subscriptions, download codes, etc.
