License Terms - Digital Content
In this document you will learn how you can / may use the digital content (images, etc.) of FM Social e.U. and for what purposes you may not use it. The rules are quite simple and look like this:
Standard License
The standard license is intended for private use and you can use the content in the private area in any way you can.
- For private belly on T-shirts, posters, mugs, as wallpaper on PC, smartphone, etc.
- In private videos
- In other private projects
- Use limited to 1 person. Passing on the digital content to other persons is not permitted. A transfer of the license to another person is also not permitted.
You may not offer the Digital Content for sale yourself, even in an edited version.
You may not pass on or give away the digital content you have purchased on FM Social e.U. and may not make it available in any other way. Not even as a download.
If you violate these license terms, legal action will be taken accordingly.
Commercial License
The Commercial License is for commercial use and you can use the content in the commercial sector in any way you can.
- For commercial use for print on demand products (T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.). This means: The end product or the product offered by you must not be the digital content of FM Social e.U. itself, but the digital content must be made available on an end product (e.g. T-shirts, mugs, posters, etc.).
- For videos and / or image publications, advertising, etc.
- In video game projects, books, etc.
- You may adapt and edit the digital content of FM Social e.U. to your ideas, add texts, etc.
- You may embed the digital content on a website (e.g. also for a customer), but then you must link to “www.fm-social.com“
