Information on additional services
Additional services can be booked separately at any time (if you already have a web design package), or you can select them directly when ordering a web design package.
There are 2 types of additional services: Design & Technology
- Design: This type of additional services includes the creation of further subpages or categories, the expansion of the website with further functions & plugins and legal texts.
Currently, only certain functionalities are offered for selection. If you need other functionalities, please contact us by mail or contact form. - Technology: Technology includes the registration of a domain, the hosting of the website on the vServer or the installation and provision of the website on your own web space, as well as the maintenance contract.
If you need services that are not listed or offered, please contact us by e-mail or contact form with your request.

Design additional services
All available design additional services are summarized in an order form and can be selected there.
Subpages
Sometimes the requirements of your own website change. The main reason for this is usually that you expand the product range or the offers.
Often you need a new category or subpage to present the new offers and content in an appealing form.
With this option, you can book as many additional subpages for your website as you like in no time.
Set the number of subpages (variable), provide the necessary information (domain, names of the subpages, etc.), choose the payment method and complete the order.
Then you will get the access data for the file upload again, where you upload your texts and images so that the work on the subpages can begin.

Plugin - Extensions
Plugins extend the functionality of your website. There are countless plugins for pretty much every conceivable area. It would be impossible to list them all here and it also depends on the respective website, what you need.
Eg.: Payment methods, caching, SEO, shop systems and much more
The following plugin extensions are currently offered:
- PayPal integration
- Forms (order/file upload)
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Cookie Consent Managment (Cookie Banner)
- Newsletter integration (Mailchimp)

Legal texts
Legally secured data protection declarations, imprint information, terms and conditions and cancellation instructions are a MUST for every website. In the case of untrue, incomplete or even missing information, (unfortunately) warnings and (absurdly) high fines threaten.
Some have even made it their business to search for such sites specifically on the net and punish them.
In order to prevent this, I offer legally secured legal texts tailored to the functionality of the website.

Technology Additional services
All available technical additional services are summarized in an order form and can be selected there.
Domain Registration
If you do not want to deal with the domain registration, this will be gladly taken care of for you.
Indicate the desired domain in the form, if possible, make sure in advance if the domain is still available.
In case the domain is already taken, please send some variations that would also be fine for you.
Please note that with this service, FM Social e.U. is the owner of your desired domain and the annual costs arise for you. If at some point you decide that you want to run the domain on your company, it will of course be assigned to you.
In the event that the domain is no longer needed, the notice period must be observed.

Website Hosting
If you do not want to deal with the hosting of the website on your own web space, this will be gladly taken care of for you.
The website is installed, set up and hosted on a vServer provided by FM Social e.U.
Of course, you still have access to the backend of your website, only that the page is not on your web space.
The advantage is that you do not have to take care of technical problems (website accessibility, etc.) yourself.
Please note that this service only concerns hosting and accessibility. A maintenance contract is required for full service.
The hosting fee is charged annually.
Attention: Only for extension of the term (12 months) for an active Complete package, or if you have selected ” Hosting at FM Social” for a custom package .
Included service: Installation and provision of the website on the vServer, backup 1x/month, availability

Maintenance contract
The maintenance contract is interesting for you if you need regular service and support for your site.
Need a design change quickly? You want to quickly change a functionality of the website? You want 24/7 support for your site?
Then the maintenance contract is right for you.
The following services are included in the maintenance contract:
- 1x / week a backup of your website
- Design changes
- Changes to functionalities of the website
- 24/7 support for technical problems
Further pages/subpages/categories are NOT included in the maintenance contract!
The maintenance contract is available for 3/6/12 months. Billing 3/6/12 months.
