How it works
- 1. Choose between a Standard Website Package, a Website Complete Package or a Custom Package and click on "Book". Depending on what applies to your needs.
- 2 . In the next step (order form) you fill in your data and, if necessary, you can book optional additional services . All prices are added together (prices are listed) and at the end of the form the total price (incl. possible fees, as well as exclusive and inclusive VAT) is displayed.
- 3 . If necessary, add relevant information to your order (important for additional bookings): e.g. domain name, which subpages do you need etc.
- 4. Enter your data (name, company, e-mail, etc.)

5 . Choose your payment method. You can choose between bank transfer and PayPal.
Wire transfer: Invoicing takes place at the end of the project or as soon as the website is LIVE . Term of payment 7 days.
PayPal: The amount is to be paid immediately . Invoicing takes place promptly.
Note that the PayPal fees will also be charged. - 6 . Shortly after booking a package, you will receive a link and a password . When you open the link, you will be asked to enter the password and you will be taken to a form where you have to provide the details of your website (subpages, color codes, etc.), as well as all necessary logos, graphics, images, texts, etc. Upload. You can also provide some information in the form about how you imagine the website. In addition, your access data for your webspace is required (if the website is to be set up on your webspace).
- 7 . As soon as all data has been provided by you, work on the website will begin. You can track the progress at any time. At regular intervals, we consult with each other as to whether the design meets the expectations or whether the desired changes can be implemented immediately.
- 8. If you are satisfied with the design, the project is completed and the invoicing is done (for bank transfer).
Information on additional services
Additional services can be booked at any time, provided that a website package is already in possession. Simply fill in the necessary data in the order form (domain, etc.).
Regular Backups, changes to the design, functional changes, 24/7 support for technical problems with the site, etc. are only available for the complete packages or with maintenance contract. More information about the included services in the respective package (click on “Book“) and the additional services (below). Additional subpages are

included in the maintenance contract. These must be booked separately.
